Returns & Exchanges
Digimap Indonesia is committed to your satisfaction, offering a seamless returns and exchange process for products that are defective or do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team or visit your account dashboard to initiate a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and warranty cards are included to avoid processing delays.
- 3.Shipping or Drop-off
Send the package to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service or visit the nearest Digimap retail store for a physical inspection and drop-off.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our technical team will inspect the device's condition; approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
